Ghost Murals – Phase II
Ghost Murals Phase II The Artisans Village just completed Phase II of a Ghost Sign Mural Restoration Project – the initiative aimed at repainting Eatonton’s unique “ghost signs” to reclaim their original places in the downtown historic district.
Grant Awarded
Grand Awarded ATLANTA, Nov. 2020—The Artisans Village was awarded a Vibrant Communities Grant from Georgia Council for the Arts to help fund the completion of two murals during Phase II of Eatonton’s Ghost Sign Mural Restoration Project.

Ghost Murals This community-driven initiative was to repaint unique “ghost signs” to reclaim their original places in our downtown historic district. Our goal with this project is to restore a piece of our community’s history and tell the story of our town through art that is public and accessible to all.
