The Artisans Village Guild has been given the opportunity to participate in a very exciting and prestigious event coming to the Art Community in our area. As a part of the Georgia Department of Economic Development, the Georgia Council for the Arts (GCA) has curated a traveling exhibition of works from Georgia’s State Art Collection. This unique exhibition will showcase works from the community’s local and regional artists alongside 20 featured works from the State Collection.

The exhibit is entitled – REIMAGINE: Contemporary Georgia Artists.
It will be held beginning April 20, through May 29, 2025, at the Steffen Thomas Museum of Art in Buckhead (Morgan County) GA.
The Steffen Thomas Museum of Art has been selected as one of the 10 host locations across the state of Georgia to showcase these works. The Artisans Village Guild/Gallery, Madison Artists Guild/Gallery and Southern Heartland Art Gallery will be the three organizations that have been invited to submit works of art for this exhibit.
We are honored to have The Artisans Village Guild invited to participate in this event and are encouraging all our current Guild members to submit your work to be considered for acceptance into this show. Applications will close at midnight on January 25, 2026.
