Eatonton Sculpture Trail

A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE ARTISANS VILLAGE AND THE EATONTON-PUTNAM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Eatonton Sculpture Trail has a mission to bring a curated display of public art to the community as a way to enhance the visitor experience, showcase the Arts & Entertainment district, support the growing economic climate, and share the artistic passion of Eatonton-Putnam County.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Opening Reception & Reveal on Thursday, July 18!  Installation will take place as soon as the locations are finalized.  A walking trail MAP for the location of the sculptures will be coming soon!

The 2024 Eatonton Sculpture Trail pieces of artwork have all been selected!  The TEN new sculptures have been carefully crated up and shipped to Eatonton from several different states from all over the US.  You may have already gotten a peek at two of the sculptures that have been in Eatonton since February. “The Professor” and “Catching the Wind” have been on display at The Artisans Village Art Gallery for several months.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD

We need your vote!  The public is invited and encouraged to vote for their favorite sculpture.  The sculpture that receives the most votes is honored with the “People’s Choice Award,” and becomes a permanent part of the sculpture collection.  After the sculptures are installed you’ll have a chance to vote.  Paper ballets will be available as well as online voting.

SCULPTURES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE!

Did you know you can buy a sculpture for your home, business or as a permanent addition to the Eatonton Sculpture Trail? Add a touch of creativity and sophistication to enhance your property, office space, gardens, or the downtown retail area.   Art from some of the greatest sculptors in the world are represented in this display.  Each year more pieces will be added to the rotating and permanent sculptures so that the trail and collection of public artwork continues to grow.
