Gypsy Soul – Creative Caravan Pop-up Event
On Thursday, August 26 a special Gypsy-themed fundraising event rolls into town for just one night.

The Gypsy Soul Creative Caravan is rolling into The Artisans Village for just a short stay! On Thursday, August 26 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm enjoy tarot card readings, body art/temporary “tattoos”, build your own dream catcher, and release tension and stress with some Mandala coloring. Visit and shop The Artisans Village Art Gallery and Gifts after-hours with Gypsy-themed music and decor. Your donation also includes craft beverages, wine, and small bites. All proceeds benefit The Artisans Village, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization.

What’s Included:
- Tarot Card Reading by Madame Carole – Expect a 5 – 10 minute reading. The “three-card spread” is one of the most simple and effective tarot spreads. Please sign up when you arrive as readings will take place on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Temporary Body Art designs by Cathy’s Calligraphy. Using a gel pen with body-safe inks, Cathy will draw a custom word or simple design (options available to choose from).
- Dream Catcher Kits – The Gypsy Caravan is full of creative ideas. Choose one of our premade Dream Catcher kits. Each person will receive a 6″ metal ring, deerskin lace to wrap the ring, embroidery floss to create the “web” and a variety of beads, crystals, and feathers to decorate the Dream Catcher. Designs and colors will vary. We encourage you to build your Dream Catcher during the event over cocktails and music, or you may take it home with you to create later. Simple instructions will be provided with each kit.
- Mandala Coloring – Coloring mandalas is a form of art therapy meant to relieve stress and increase focus while exercising the brain and expressing creativity. It’s a simple act that doesn’t require any expertise, but it can be remarkably soothing and calming. We’ll provide everything you need to create a beautiful piece of art. We’ll even have one or two of our favorite artists on hand to help with basic instructions on how to “color like no other” with shading, repetition, and attention to detail.
- Food & Beverage – A Gypsy Caravan has to have food, music, and plenty of beverages! Enjoy tasty treats and small bites. 2 specialty Craft Cocktails and/or wine, lavender-lemonade, or bottled water are included.
- A Special Experience – An enchanting evening with music, decor, candles, and more… Reserve your seat soon using the form below, as this Caravan experience won’t last long! We are only selling 30 tickets to this limited event! If the event sells out quickly, we may add an additional evening on Friday night. Some outdoor seating will be available if the weather permits.

What is a Pop-up Event?
Pop-up events are temporary, unexpected events in unique spaces. They pop up and, after a few hours or days, they pop down. By definition, most events are temporary. It is the element of surprise in unexpected locations that distinguish pop-up events.
We are limiting our number of guests to just 30 people to make sure everyone has enough time for the activities. There will be tables set up just outside for those that want to enjoy the fresh air vibes. Please let us know how many are in your group when registering so we can properly stage and set the tables. Also, let us know if you prefer outside or inside. Seating location can not be guaranteed and will be given priority to those who register first.
