Courageous Colors PART 2  |  2-Day Class

Class Description:

Many of you who have taken my Intuitive Painting Abstract Class have asked for a Part 2. Well – Here it is!! In February we are offering a Courageous Colors Part 2 Class using the techniques you learned in the First Courageous Colors Class. We will add tape to our paintings (drying in between) to cover, disguise and intrigue the viewer. Many viewers have asked me, “How did you do that?” Answer: through lots of painting, drying, taping, un-taping and repeating all those steps. We will also add a splash of metallic paints for you to experiment with and see how metallics can enliven a painting.

The supplies I will provide are 2 Canvas Panels, paints, brushes, spray bottles, plastic gloves, hand lotion, crayons, paper towels, paint pallets, dryers, rollers, stamping implements. I will also provide instructions and FUN!!!

Please feel free to bring something to drink, (like water:) an apron to protect your clothes, masking or painters tape- any size. I will also have tape but want to make sure we have enough. And snacks for yourself. We don’t finish until 1:00 and you may get hungry.

As you know, you will not come away with a perfect copy of someone else’s art. It is my goal that you come away with COURAGE, renewed hope in your own art journey, new faith in your abilities and excitement for what else you might like to try! But remember, you must take Class #1 before attempting Class #2 as it is there you will learn the fundamentals of Intuitive Painting. The dates for Class #2 are February 21 and 28.

Cost is $125 which includes both classes and supplies.
