Thank you to everyone that purchased a ticket. You can stop in the gallery to see the all of the little art panels during normal Gallery hours leading up to the reception on Thursday, March 21. The reception will start at 5 pm with the first selection taking place at 6 pm.

What is the BIG little Project?

We have asked our Guild Members to create a small work of art on a 6″ x 6″ panel. Some of the best artists in Lake Country and beyond are participating! This is your chance to help support our local art organization and a fun way to add some special art to your decor for just $50. All proceeds will benefit The Artisans Village, Guild, and Gallery. Read on to learn more about the selection process for The BIG little Project!

SELECTION TICKETS:

In order to be eligible to select a panel of artwork on the night of The BIG little Project reception, you must purchase a Selection Ticket IN ADVANCE using our online form. We opened up the official form for the donations on Monday, February 26 at 10 am. AND WE SOLD OUT IN ABOUT 48 HOURS!

THE SELECTION PROCESS:

We will call the names of each person with a Selection Ticket in the order in which the Selection Tickets were sold. The art selection begins at 6:00 pm the night of the reception (on March 21, 2024) and continues until all selections have been made.

Cannot attend? You CAN send a friend/family member in your place to select for you.

Terms and Conditions:

Your donation entitles you to select 1 (one) panel from the BIG little Project panels available at your time of selection. Each person will select in the order in which donations were received, but you or your proxy must be present when your name is called. If you or your proxy do not respond when your name is called, you will be moved to the end of the list. You will be notified by email what number you are. Selection will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at The Artisans Village Art Gallery, 110 W. Marion Street, Eatonton, and will proceed rapidly.

Please visit the Gallery in advance to view the panels to speed up your selection the night of the reception. The panels will be on display beginning Wednesday, March 13 during regular Gallery hours (W-F 11:00 to 5:00, Saturday 10:00 to 3:00). Selection will be subject to a timer.

No ticket refunds.

Panels are selected as is. Consult with your own tax advisor about any tax implications of your ticket purchase.
