Basket Weaving – 10″ Tobacco-style Basket

Date/Time:  Saturday, November 21, 2026   from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Location: The Artisans Village Art Gallery – 110 W. Marion Street, in downtown Eatonton

Max# of Students:  6 – 10 studetns

Detailed Description: Students will weave the base of a 10″ Tobacco-style basket.  Then fill the rim with twisted seagrass and lash the rim to complete.

TOTAL COST $70  (Cost of Class: $50  + Supply Cost: $20)

Supplies to be Provided: Instructor will provide all materials.

Supplies for Students to bring:   An apron
